CLIENT BRIEF: Refurbish home within eight weeks for resale.
APPROACH and KEY ISSUES: Tight timing did not allow for comprehensive schematic design development. Client trust and constant consultation via sketch design development was key to meeting the brief and its budget requirements.
OUTCOME: Successfully completed the project within the time frame. Home sold April 2018.
